I wish the same things to you my friend, chickens and eggs and chicks and watching them all from a perch in your back yard. I know that as happened with me, just let the chicken farmer within awake this year. :) Just kidding. I do hope though there are chicks in your future. I go back to school today as well. Last night when I told my son we were starting school. ( How he failed to notice this I don't know.) He yelled, "How could you just spring this on me?" I wondered did he think Christmas vacation was a state of mind. It is hard as his siblings don't return to college until the 17th. Have a great week. I love your picture, it does speak of simplicity.
