We make our own seasonings, too, but our favorite spice store is very salt aware. The name is Penzey's Spices. It's a family business - you can find some brick and mortars around the country and you can also order online, but then you don't have the pleasure of sniffing every sample jar as you go through the store. This isn't the place to list my favorites, there are too many! But you can't go wrong with any of them.
